BACKGROUND:
The late Hon Chief (Mrs) Elizabeth Ekworo Uloma Nkata was born to the family of Nna Benson Agbai Emele and Madam Jessie Lewechi Agbai Emele, both of late memories, she was a sixth Child in a polygamous family of 25 children. Chief (Mrs ) E.E.U. Nkata was an indigene of Ndi Edikie Compound, Amaekpu Ohafia, Ohafia L.G.A in Abia State. She was born on October 26th, 1938.
EDUCATION:
Her educational history spanned across ages and geographical spread of our country Nigeria as she travelled far and wide within the coast of Nigeria in order to acquire qualitative education. These included the following brilliant endevours;
Primary Education was at St Peter’s Anglican School, Minna, Niger State and graduated in the year 1952.Post –primary Education which culminated in her profession as a renowned teacher began in Women’s Teachers’ college, Kabba, Kogi State and progressed to Elementary College at Omu-Aran where she qualified and graduated with distinction as a grade 11 teacher.
Tertiary Education included her National Certificate of Education study (NCE) obtained from College of Education, Abaraka, Delta State and Degree certificate which she obtained from University of Nigeria Nsukka, bagging a 2.1 class of B.Ed. Hons.
